Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

RETURNS

Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it – unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.

How to initiate the process:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@movena.nl with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product (in case of damage)

  • Your contact details

REFUNDS

Procedure: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 30 days to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@montaire.com.

COSTS

Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a Track & Trace option, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China, and costs start from €20, which are payable by the customer.

EXCEPTIONS

Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If it is still incorrect a second time, you will receive a full refund.

Order cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed due to our automated system.
